At advertising major JWT, Richa Singh managed top-shelf clients like Pepsi, Standard Chartered, Mattel and Unilever. She worked with their brand teams on consumer insight, creative strategy, development and execution.
For L’Oreal and Garnier she helped build a strong team and a mother brand strategy. This led to Garnier for the first time being recognised by consumers as one of their most trusted brands. The Garnier team won a historic Cannes Lion, a Bronze for creative and a gold Lion for media.
Singh moved on to a role in the Salon business of L’Oreal, where she helped boost its position significantly. In 2013, she moved to managing luxury beauty brands such as Armani, Ralph Lauren, YSL and Diesel. She identified key partners and worked with them to develop the luxury beauty segment. Her sense of purpose and ability to build a cohesive, motivated team has been her special strength.
